Binnen het dynamische departement Marketing & Communicatie BeLux, zijn we op zoek naar een gepassioneerde Product Manager die zal bijdragen aan de commerciële doelstellingen van Ricoh. Als lid van ons Product Marketing team ben je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen product portfolio en rapporteer je rechtstreeks aan de Marketing Manager BeLux.

De rol van Product Manager omvat het volledige beheer van een reeks producten, van de lancering tot de promotie, zowel intern als extern. Jij bent het brein achter het opzetten van impactvolle campagnes en evenementen, gericht op het genereren van leads voor onze directe en indirecte verkoopkanalen. Je coördineert deze projecten in nauwe samenwerking met je collega's van het MarCom-team, het Data Management-team en het commerciële management.

Wat kan je verwachten?

Het beheren van een portfolio gedurende zijn volledige cyclus.

Nieuwe marketingconcepten ontwikkelen op basis van de behoeften van klanten in België en Luxemburg.

De prestaties van onze producten/diensten en die van onze concurrenten op de markt analyseren.

Producttrainingen organiseren.

Marketingcampagnes initiëren om leads te genereren en vooraf gedefinieerde doelstellingen te bereiken.

Opstellen van een jaarlijks marketingplan en kalender van acties en promoties.

Marketingcampagnes communiceren naar verkoopkanalen.

Demonstraties aan klanten geven in onze showroom of tijdens externe evenementen.

Ondersteuning bieden tijdens marketingevenementen.

Regelmatig leveranciers en Ricoh resellers bezoeken.

Wie zoeken wij?

Je hebt een eerste ervaring met product management in een B2B omgeving.

Je hebt affiniteit met IT applicaties en digitalisering.

Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

Je hebt een bachelor in Marketing of in een commerciele richting of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je bent graag creatief bezig en houdt van uitdagingen.

Au sein du département Marketing & Communication BeLux dynamique, nous recherchons un Product Manager passionné qui contribuera aux objectifs commerciaux de Ricoh. En tant que membre de notre équipe Product Marketing, vous serez responsable de votre propre portefeuille de produits, rapportant directement au Marketing Manager BeLux.

Le rôle de Product Manager implique la gestion complète d'une gamme de produits, depuis le lancement jusqu'à la promotion, tant en interne qu'en externe. Vous serez le cerveau derrière la mise en place de campagnes et d'événements percutants, visant à générer des leads pour nos canaux de vente directs et indirects. Vous cordonnez ces projets en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues du MarCom team, Data Management team et la direction commerciale.

Quel sera votre rôle?

Gérer un portfolio sur l'ensemble de son cycle de vie.

Développer de nouveaux concepts marketing en fonction des besoins du client en Belgique et au Luxembourg.

Analyser la performance de nos produits/services et ceux de nos concurrents sur le marché.

Organiser des formations de produits.

Initier des campagnes marketing pour la génération de leads et l'atteinte des objectifs prédéfinis.

Établir un plan marketing annuel & un calendrier d’actions/promotions.

Communiquer les campagnes marketing aux canaux de vente.

Donner des démonstrations aux clients dans notre showroom ou lors d’événements externes.

Apporter un soutien lors d'événements marketing.

Visiter régulièrement nos fournissuers et resellers.

Quel profil recherchons-nous?

Vous avez une première expérience en gestion de produit dans un environnement B2B.

Vous avez des affinités avec les applications informatiques et la digitalisation.

Vous avez une bonne connaissance du néerlandais, du français et de l'anglais.

Vous êtes titulaire d'un Bachelor en marketing ou dans un domaine commercial ou vous disposez d'une expérience équivalente.

Vous appréciez être créatif et relever des défis.
