Voor ons Manufacturing Control team, dat zich bezighoudt met PLC-programmatie en visualisatie, zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Automation Engineer met een passie voor automatisatie.

Bij Contec realiseren we projecten van A tot Z. Als Automation Engineer ben je niet alleen verantwoordelijk voor het technische aspect: ook de tussentijdse communicatie met de klant en de start-up van een grote range aan projecten behoren tot jouw takenpakket.

Je werkt een functionele analyse (FDS) uit waarbij je de opdracht van de klant (URD) analyseert en hiervoor de meest optimale oplossing zoekt.
Vervolgens ga je aan de slag met de PLC-programmatie en visualisatie (HMI interfaces). Hiervoor gebruik je de standaard van de klant of onze eigen Contec Software Standaard.
Je zorgt ook voor de connectie en data-uitwisseling van de PLC’s met bovenliggende systemen. Dit in samenwerking met de MOM/MES afdeling.
Na de voorbereiding en interne testen op kantoor, simuleren we tijdens een FAT alles samen met de klant. Hiervoor worden ze uitgenodigd in onze kantoren, maar het kan net zo goed via remote sessies gebeuren.
Vervolgens ga je on site bij de klant om je werk in realiteit te testen (SAT) en op punt te zetten.
Ook een DDS, opstellen van manuals en trainingen voor de operatoren en technici horen bij het takenpakket.
Indien de klant het wenst leveren we ook nog de nazorg voor de services die we bij hen leverden.

Dit alles doe je steeds in nauwe samenwerking met je projectcoördinator en je team.

Je hebt 2 tot 4 jaar relevante werkervaring
Je bent een initiatiefnemer en autonoom werken schrikt je niet af.

Je denkt probleemoplossend en proactief mee na over projecten.
Je bent een avonturier: nieuwe dingen bijleren en samen de wereld ontdekken zijn écht jouw ding! Bij Contec hoort reizen erbij, dus het is belangrijk dat je hiervoor open staat.
