Taken

Als Audio Engineer ben je leidinggevende en verantwoordelijk voor de technische uitwerking van audiovisuele
projecten en zet je je schouders onder innovatieve interne projecten. Een uitdagende job met impact.

Je zal voornamelijk ingezet worden voor audiovisuele projecten waaronder sportuitzendingen, studio-opnamen en streamingdiensten waarbij je instaat voor de hard- & software instellingen, verbindingen, mixing en registratie of uitzending.
Hiervoor ontwerp je de technische opbouw met het juiste materiaal.
Je vertegenwoordigt NEP Belgium bij onze klanten.
Je maakt deel uit van een team voor binnen- en buitenlandse projecten.
Je fungeert heel goed in groep en stuurt deze ook correct aan.
Je houdt de vinger aan de pols wat betreft de nieuwste innovaties in netwerk- en audiotechnologie.
Je helpt bij het programmeren en beheren van onze media netwerk-switches (Cisco/Arista)
Je staat in voor het documenteren van oplossingen en werkwijzen, inclusief de overdracht hiervan aan de andere technische en operationele collega's.
Je bent bereid ervaring en kennis op te doen van IP-broadcast technologie, waaronder standaarden zoals AES-67/Ravenna, SMPTE 2022/2110 en SRT en RTP-streaming.

Vereisten

Je hebt uiteraard interesse in alle audiovisuele technieken, met de nadruk op audiotechniek.
Je bent een enthousiaste engineer met leidinggevende capaciteiten.
Je beschikt over voldoende vaardigheden wat betreft technisch projectbeheer.
Je hebt de nodige kennis van computers, connectiviteit, TCP/IP, UDP, IT-routers, switches, ect.
Je hebt ervaring met videostreaming en registratie.
Je beschikt over een gezonde interesse voor virtualisatie, datacenters en cloud omgevingen.
Je functioneert zowel autonoom als in teamverband en hebt zin voor initiatief.
Je krijgt een voltijds contract met glijdende uren, en hebt geen probleem om regelmatig in het weekend te werken.
Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands met een goede kennis van Frans en Engels, zodat je met je collega's, partners en opdrachtgevers vlot kan samenwerken.
