Functieomschrijving

Als Business Central Consultant help je klanten bij het optimaliseren en digitaliseren van hun ERP bedrijfsprocessen en het in kaart brengen van de noden van de klant in het licht van het gekozen systeem of oplossing.

Samen met de key stakeholders (business en projectmanagers, product owners, key users) breng je de processen in kaart, je identificeert en analyseert verbeterpunten, je bekijkt hoe de gekozen oplossing gebruikt kan worden om aan de eisen te voldoen, je beschrijft de veranderingen en de to-be situatie.

Als brug tussen de klant en de implementatiepartner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van wijzigingen in de proces ondersteunende systemen.

Het faciliteren van workshops is één van de vele tools die je gebruikt om de input van de stakeholders te verzamelen.

Je rapporteert regelmatig aan je Project of Delivery Manager.

Je bent een 'change enabler' en moedigt de stakeholders aan om dezelfde nieuwe koers te varen. Je geeft het goede voorbeeld inzake openheid en vertrouwen, het zoeken en geven van feedback en je weet hoe je moeilijke kwesties kan aankaarten.

Kuitenbijter : Je bijt je vast tot je bij een oplossing komt. Je bent een pietje precies.

Bruggenbouwer : Je bent de brug tussen business en digital, binnen de organisatie van de klant en met de implementatiepartner.

Communicatie: Je communiceert helder, gevat en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Je documenteert je werk op een professionele, duidelijke manier.

Personal leadership: Je geeft het goede voorbeeld inzake openheid en vertrouwen, het zoeken en geven van feedback en je weet hoe je moeilijke kwesties kan aankaarten.

Deze ervaring heb je

Ervaren business of functionele consultant (+3 jaar) met grondige proceskennis van ERP business domeinen zoals supply chain, productie, logistiek, werkplaatsen of finance binnen een Microsoft Dynamics ERP context.

Ervaring opgedaan door te hebben gewerkt voor een consultancy bedrijf of door te hebben gewerkt in de industrie als interne consultant/key user.

Stakeholder management ervaring

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, overtuigend spreken, aandachtig luisteren

Analytische geest

Vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels
