Autajon Packaging telt medewerkers op twee produktiesites in Belgïe (Brussel en Aarlen). Het bedrijf heeft een omzet van 30 miljoen euro.

Ter uitbreiding van de activiteiten op de Vlaamse markt, is Autajon Packaging op zoek naar een Business Development Manager m/v

JOUW FUNCTIE

Als Business Development Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitbreiden van onze klantenportefeuille in Vlaanderen, voornamelijk in de cosmetica-, consumentenproducten, zoetwaren en drank industrie.

Je bent een probleemoplosser en ontdekt nieuwe marktkansen voor bedrijfsgroei. Je analyseert de markt, gaat op zoek naar opportuniteiten en zet deze om in commerciële contracten. Je bouwt langdurige klantrelaties uit met zowel KMO 's als met multinationals. Daarbij biedt je oplossingen op maat aan, gebaseerd op je technische inzicht en grondig begrip van de behoeften van (potentiële) klanten.

Binnen complexe dossiers denk je mee met (toekomstige) klanten en legt de nadruk op kwaliteit, diensten en klanttevredenheid.

Je onderhoudt actieve relaties binnen je interne en externe netwerk.

Je werkt samen met de interne teams om nieuwe producten en diensten te ontwikkelen die aansluiten bij de behoeften van de markt.

Je zorg voor een regelmatige en efficiënte verslaggeving van je commerciële activiteiten.

Je rapporteert aan de Sales Director en werkt hybride vanuit onze vestiging in Brussel (Anderlecht) of vanuit thuis.

PROFIEL

Ben jij het commerciële talent dat we zoeken?

Je hebt een bachelor of masterdiploma in de richting van sales, handelswetenschappen, eventueel door ervaring verkregen.

De ideale kandidaat heeft 3-5 jaar ervaring in een commerciële buitendienstfunctie met focus op new business in de verkoop van maatproducten.

Je commerciële feeling en je technisch inzicht zorgen ervoor dat je je snel zal kunnen ontplooien binnen onze hoogstaande industriële B2B omgeving.

Je woont in een landstreek met gemakkelijke toegang tot de Vlaamse regio's.

Uitstekende beheersing van zowel gesproken als geschreven Nederlands, met goede operationele kennis van het Frans en Engels.
