Embedded in the R&D organisation, European Projects (EP) is in charge of development of local vehicles, coordinating the Innovation activities accross the organisation, and planning the Carbon Neutral transformation and Circular Economy. EP is the point where long term innovation meets market implementation.
Your project
During your internship you will support the established I&TM team in:
Follow up, summary and reporting of the dismantlability study of a Toyota vehcile. The purpose of the study is to assess competitiveness and any improvements required to comply with new End of life (ELV) regulation proposal. The focus will be on 19 category parts and key materials with special focus on Plastic parts. Research on Design for Circularity (DfC) methodologies applicable to automotive industry and based on it, proposals to define a Circular Economy KPI to be used as reference for new parts design. Your Profile
You are fluent in English (TME’s business language) Student in higher education with at least 2 years of study completed (Engineering Science, Business Engineering, Mechanical Enginnering, Material Enginnering). You have an open personality and able to work independently in a multi-cultural business environment. You have a passion for innovation and bringing value to customers. Place of employment
