De afdeling Power Technique Service Benelux is op zoek naar een Customer Service Administrator die naast het systeemtechnische ook ondersteuning biedt binnen de commerciële cyclus van onze service.

Your role

jouw rol bestaat uit drie luiken:

Als business key user van onze systemen (vnl. SAP, C4C en PowerBI) leer je SAP en onze CRM-tools maximaal te doorgronden. Doel is deze uitdragen naar de rest van het team en je collega’s te ondersteunen waar nodig. Je beheert onze masterdata en bouwt mee aan een efficiëntere en effectievere organisatie.

Je zorgt voor de commerciële uitwerking en opvolging van service jobs naar klanten toe. Hiervoor ga je van kostcalculatie en offerte tot pro-forma, klant PO en finale invoice. Uiteraard word je technisch bijgestaan door collega’s.

Je bent back-up voor onze lead planner. Voor zowel onze interne als externe klanten ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor de onderhouds- en herstellingswerkzaamheden. Dit doe je door een efficiënte planning in elkaar te puzzelen; je plant klantopdrachten in in functie van onze beschikbare techniekers. Concreet verzorg je de eerstelijnshulp aan onze klanten via telefoon of mail, zowel in het Nederlands als het Frans en informeert hen spontaan over de planning van interventies. De technici rekenen op jou voor de wisselstukkenbevoorrading.

Je bent een organisatietalent en kan je prioriteiten zelfstandig bepalen

Je kan vlot schakelen tussen analytisch denken en interpersoonlijk contact

Je bent commercieel ingesteld en wat het probleem ook is, je bent deel van de oplossing en gaat nauwgezet te werk

Je kan goed overweg met MS Office toepassingen en kennis van SAP en CRM tools is een aanzienlijk pluspunt. Je krijgt energie van het verwerken van data op een accurate en efficiënte manier

Idealiter ben je drietalig Nederlands, Frans en Engels

Technische interesse is zeker een pluspunt om de specifieke eigenschappen van onze producten onder de knie te krijgen, maar is geen harde vereiste.

Le département Power Technique Service Benelux est à la recherche d'un Customer Service Administrator qui fournit un soutien au sein de du cycle commercial de notre service en plus de la technique des systèmes.

Your role

Votre rôle comporte trois volets :

En tant qu'utilisateur clé de nos systèmes (principalement SAP, C4C et PowerBI), vous apprendrez à maximiser votre compréhension de SAP et de nos outils. L'objectif est de transmettre ces connaissances au reste de l'équipe et de soutenir vos collègues si nécessaire. Vous gérez nos données principales et contribuez à la mise en place d'une organisation plus efficace et plus efficiente.

Vous vous occupez de l’élaboration commerciale et du suivi des travaux de service auprès des clients. Pour ce faire, vous allez du calcul des coûts et du devis au pro-forma, au bon de commande du client et à la facture finale. Bien entendu, vous serez assisté techniquement par des collègues ;

Vous êtes le remplaçant de notre lead planner. Pour nos clients internes et externes, vous êtes le point de contact central pour les travaux de maintenance et de réparation. Pour ce faire, vous élaborez un planning efficace ; vous planifiez les missions des clients en fonction des techniciens disponibles. Concrètement, vous fournissez une assistance de première ligne à nos clients par téléphone ou par e-mail, en néerlandais et en français, et vous les informez spontanément du planning des interventions. Les techniciens comptent sur vous pour l'approvisionnement en pièces détachées.

Vous avez le sens de l'organisation et savez fixer vos priorités de manière autonome

Vous pouvez passer sans problème de la pensée analytique aux contacts interpersonnels

Vous avez l'esprit commercial et, quel que soit le problème, vous faites partie de la solution et vous êtes consciencieux à cet égard

Vous êtes à l'aise avec les applications MS Office et la connaissance de SAP et des outils de gestion de la relation client (CRM) est un atout considérable. Le traitement précis et efficace des données vous procure de l'énergie

Idéalement, vous êtes trilingue en Néerlandais, Français et Anglais

Un intérêt technique est certainement un plus pour maîtriser les caractéristiques spécifiques de nos produits, mais ce n'est pas une exigence absolue.
