Als Customs Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren en coördineren van alle douane-gerelateerde activiteiten voor Atlas Copco in Hoeselt. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van de naleving van douanevoorschriften en het optimaliseren van de internationale supply chain.
Een aantal van je verantwoordelijkheden zijn:
Je zorgt ervoor dat alle import- en exportzendingen voldoen aan de geldende douanewetgeving en -voorschriften, en waarborg de juiste documentatie en procedures. Je beheert douanedocumenten en -dossiers, inclusief import- en exportaangiften, vergunningen en certificaten. Je onderhoudt contacten met douaneautoriteiten, expediteurs, en externe partners om een vlotte afhandeling van zendingen te garanderen.Opvolgen van ontwikkelingen op gebied van douane die impact hebben op onze dagelijkse werking.Beheren van de relatie en werking met onze externe IT partner Organi.De Customs Engineer van PTD ondersteunen tijdens audits en AEO self- assesments.
