Functie

Je ontwerpt schema’s voor elektriciteit en instrumentatie i.f.v. nieuwe, en aanpassingen aan bestaande procesinstallaties rekening houdend met de geldende specificaties, normen en procedures, dit omvat:

Zelfstandig schema’s, kabel- en klemmenlijsten, motoren- I/O lijsten e.d. opstellen.

Opstellen van logic diagrams a.d.h.v. P&ID’s, narratieven en bestaande schema’s.

Dossiers samenstellen voor goedkeuring/uitvoering van deze werken en de as-built verwerking ervan verzorgen.

Classificatie van alle technische documenten binnen jouw verantwoordelijkheidsgebied, rekening houdend met de wettelijke aspecten.

Maken van basisberekeningen voor elektrische installaties (kabel, vermogen e.d.).

Opstellen van –bill of material- voor bestelling/prijsaanvraag/budget.

In het kader van je werkzaamheden opmetingen verrichten binnen de bestaande procesinstallaties en bedrijfsstandaarden.

Als Senior designer beheer je de hele classificatiestructuren E&I Design voor de Tessenderlo site.

In de senior functie ben je ook medeverantwoordelijk voor het systeembeheer van EPLAN (applicaties, migraties en testing).

Je rapporteert aan de Systems & Design Manager.

Profiel

Je beschikt over een Bachelordiploma elektrotechniek of elektromechanica (specialisatie meet- en regeltechniek is een pluspunt) of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je hebt ervaring in een productieproces en bij voorkeur in de procesindustrie.

Je bent vertrouwd met normen AREI, IEC, EN + ATEX.

Je beschikt over een goede kennis van AutoCAD, MS-Office en eventueel EPLAN.

Je hebt kennis van elektrotechniek, meet- en regeltechniek en PLC-technieken. (bij voorkeur S7).

Je bent bereid om je regelmatig bij te scholen om je kennis up-to-date te houden.

Je bent Nederlandstalig en hebt een goede kennis van Engels.

Je hebt een grote zin voor orde, netheid en veiligheid. Je durft initiatief te nemen en je kan pro-actief meedenken.

Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar je bent ook een teamplayer.

De senior E&I designer is keyuser EI-ALIM.

Kandidaten mogen geen hoogtevrees hebben.
