Voor een grote beursgenoteerde wereldleider in de Technische Dienstverlening, zijn wij op zoek naar een Employer Branding Specialist voor het hoofdkantoor in Utrecht.
We zoeken een AMC specialist die graag wil meebouwen om onze opdrachtgever als dé werkgever binnen de technische sector op de kaart te zetten. Je zal zelfstandig werken op tactisch niveau en bedenkt en voert de werkzaamheden uit in samenwerking met externe bureau’s.

Als arbeidsmarktcommunicatie Adviseur speel je een belangrijke rol in het versterken van het werkgeversmerk. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van effectieve communicatiestrategieën om de naamsbekendheid als wereldwijde marktleider op de arbeidsmarkt te vergroten.
Bij alles wat je doet haal jij het beste uit jezelf, dus ook bij het:
· ontwikkelen en implementeren van de employer-branding strategie.
· meewerken aan creatieve doelgroepgerichte campagnes om talenten te werven
· creëren van, vanuit de EVP, pakkende content voor verschillende doelgroepen en kanalen, om potentiële medewerkers te inspireren
· effectief inzetten van de verschillende kanalen om de juiste doelgroep te bereiken. Je werkt nauw samen met recruitment om de juiste doelgroepen te identificeren.
· analyseren van de effectiviteit van onze arbeidsmarktcommunicatie-inspanningen en komt met aanbevelingen om de impact te vergroten, en houd daarnaast de trends en ontwikkelingen op het gebied van arbeidsmarktcommunicatie in de gaten en past deze toe in onze strategie.

Ook beschik je over:
· minimaal een afgeronde hbo-opleiding Communicatie of vergelijkbaar
· minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in Arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, bij voorkeur in een grote organisatie
· een creatieve geest met een passie voor creëren van aantrekkelijke content in beeld en woord en durft buiten de lijntjes te kleuren; je kunt overweg met Canva
· je bent analytisch en datagedreven en hebt kennis van o.a. Google Analytics
· je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en bent in staat om op verschillende niveaus te schakelen
· je bent proactief, resultaatgericht en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
Wat kan jij verwachten?

· salaris tot €5.500,00 bruto per maand op basis van je ervaring, exclusief vakantiegeld
· contract voor onbepaalde tijd
· flexibele werktijden in overleg mogelijk, zoals 4×9 uur per week. Minimaal 32 uur per week
· telefoon en laptop om je in je werk te faciliteren
· 30 vrije dagen en een benefitsbudget van 3%
· thuiswerken is in overleg mogelijk
