AED Rent is op zoek naar een ERP Application Owner die het ERP pakket Microsoft Dynamics NAV operationeel kan beheren en verder uitbouwen, dit met een langetermijn-visie naar Microsoft ERP cloud-based oplossingen. De rol van ERP Application Owner binnen AED group omvat dagdagelijks beheer van de applicatie alsook actieve deelname in projecten rond de applicatie (migraties, upgrades, change request management...) De ERP Application Owner werkt voornamelijk zelfstandig doch in nauwe samenwerking met interne projectmanagers en externe leveranciers.

Functiebeschrijving

Je werkt binnen een flexibel IT-team van 5 mensen die elk een breed takenpakket hebben

Je bent First point of Contact binnen de organisatie voor alle functionele vragen met betrekking tot de geïntegreerde ERP-applicatie (Microsoft Dynamics NAV versie )

Als 'ERP Application Owner' ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van Microsoft Dynamics NAV binnen alle bedrijven van de groep

Je verwerft een goed inzicht in de business: je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen en brengt deze in kaart, je onderzoekt informatiestromen en bekijkt wie wat doet. Je maakt op die manier de link tussen Business & IT

Verder 'map' je deze operationele bedrijfsprocessen zoveel mogelijk aan de standaard processen zoals deze in de Microsoft Dynamics NAV omgeving zijn opgenomen

Je geeft advies naar procesverbeteringen. Bovendien worden gevraagde procesveranderingen vanuit de business door jou gevalideerd en verder geanalyseerd. Je doet een voorstel voor de oplossing hiervan binnen de mogelijkheden van de beschikbare applicatiefuncties

Naast de functies zoals deze in Microsoft Dynamics NAV zijn opgenomen, ben je ook bereid om functies en applicaties te onderzoeken en te leren die in de periferie van Microsoft Dynamics NAV liggen, zoals functies rond printing, scanning, RFID, ecommerce en integratie met leveranciers en klanten

Je volgt implementatie van veranderende processen van dichtbij op en analyseert of het gewenste resultaat is bereikt

Je valideert bedrijfsspecifiek maatwerk en weegt dit af tov de standaard Microsoft Dynamics NAV functionaliteiten

Je assisteert eindgebruikers in een optimaal gebruik van Navision

Je organiseert & geeft de nodige trainingssessies aan gebruikers alsook het voorzien van noodzakelijke handleidingen en documentatie.

Profiel

Je beschikt over een Master of Bachelor Diploma, en heeft aantoonbare ervaring in ERP applicatiebeheer

Je hebt minimum 2 jaar ervaring in een Application Owner of support rol en je hebt aantoonbare kennis van Navision / Microsoft Dynamics ( of hoger)

Basis programmeerervaring met Navision C/AL en .NET is een plus doch geen must

Kennis van het Microsoft ERP cloud platform is een sterke meerwaarde alsook interesse in het MS Powerplatform

Soft skills

Autonome, assertieve, accurate, service- en klantgerichte teamspeler die stressbestendig, leergierig en analytisch onderlegd is, bereid om te functioneren in een dynamische omgeving.

Goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
