We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer living in the area of Antwerp (Belgium).
As a Field Service Engineer , you are responsible for:
The installation, maintenance and repair of high-tech laboratory equipment
Ensuring and maximising customer satisfaction for the entire range of analysers and systems
Ensuring that the Roche Diagnostics' systems, analysers and component products meet the manufacturer’s specifications
The optimal operation of the assigned systems and analysers, within one or more product lines
Who you are

Trilingual Dutch - French - English (technical) is a must
You have a Bachelor, or Master, degree in Electronics or Electro-mechanics
Knowledge of IT and network infrastructure is a strong asset
You are customer-oriented
You enthusiastically undertake your tasks with determination and alertness based on the results to be achieved
You can work independently and you are also a team player
You are detail-oriented and carry out more complex tasks with a lot of attention
You have the ability to work in accordance with the objectives, vision and values of the organisation
You are orderly and meticulous in collecting and storing the information entrusted to you
You can assess a situation, find alternative solutions and carry these out
Willingness to attend meetings/training courses abroad
You will work in a Guard system and are flexible to make sometimes overtime
