Description de l'entreprise
Le/la formateur/trice principal doit obligatoirement être issu du secteur des métiers verts : entrepreneur de jardin, maraîcher, créateur d’espaces verts etc. Le poste sera situé à Mons et Braine-Le-Comte.
Finalité
Le/la formateur/trice principal est en charge de la coordination d’un secteur spécifique et a notamment pour missions :
- Prester des heures de cours (12h/semaine) en apprentissage et chef d’entreprise (soirées) ; - Préparer les horaires et recruter des formateurs ;
- Coordonner l’équipe des formateurs et assurer un soutien pédagogique. Exemples : veiller au développement d’outils pédagogiques et de supports didactiques actualisés ou innovants, transmettre les évolutions liées aux référentiels etc. ;
- Veiller à la bonne gestion des ateliers, équipements et matériel, dans un souci d’efficience et de sécurité ; - Réaliser les commandes de consommables ou équipements dans le respect de la loi sur les marchés publics et des consignes de la hiérarchie ;
- Entretenir les contacts utiles avec les secteurs professionnels et suivre les évolutions des métiers ; - Participer aux réunions prévues par l’Institut ou la direction du Centre
