Manpower Specializations is de afdeling voor permanente werving en selectie binnen Manpower. Onze klant, een internationaal bedrijf in de logistieke sector gevestigd in Moeskroen, zoekt een HR Business Partner met expertise in Soft HR om hun team te versterken.

Job Description:

De Business Partner 'Hard HR' zal belast zijn met het vervullen van strategische behoeften met betrekking tot het aantrekken en behouden van medewerkers, het beheer van de HR-administratie en de naleving van de wetgeving.

Deze rol omvat een nauwgezette personeels- en salarisadministratie, in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat en de tijdregistratiepartner. De kandidaat zal de sociale wetgeving in de praktijk toepassen. Hij zal ook optreden als aanspreekpunt voor HR-vragen van medewerkers, gegevens genereren en analyseren voor rapportage, en strategieën ontwikkelen om het HR-beleid te optimaliseren en te digitaliseren.

Candidate Profile:

De ideale kandidaat moet:

minimaal een bachelor in Human Resource Management of gelijkwaardig bezitten;

ervaring hebben in een vergelijkbare rol in human resources, en met name in payroll;

sterke communicatieve vaardigheden hebben in het Frans, Nederlands en Engels;

het vermogen hebben om prioriteiten te stellen en proactief te zijn;

Analytisch denkvermogen, extreme nauwkeurigheid, ervaring met stakeholdermanagement, en een actieve aanwezigheid op de werkplek zijn essentiële troeven.
