Functiebeschrijving

Maandelijkse en jaarlijkse sluitingsactiviteiten voor Belgische bedrijven die centraal worden beheerd (BE GAAP en IFRS) opvolgen en uitvoeren, in nauwe samenwerking met de Accounting Manager

Toezicht houden op de boekingen in het grootboek volgens de twee boekhoudkundige normen en de gegevensimport in de consolidatietool opvolgen

Toezicht houden op de rapporteringsactiviteiten voor ondernemingen binnen de Groep: planning, kritische beoordeling van rapportagesets, complexe boekhoudkundige kwesties, enz.

Het ICO-reconciliatieproces ondersteunen

Maandelijkse/periodieke IFRS-verslagen (rapportagesets) voorbereiden onder toezicht van de Consolidation Manager

De consolidatieactiviteiten ondersteunen via de SAP BPC consolidatietool

De halfjaarlijkse/jaarlijkse IFRS-verslagen voor verschillende consolidatiegroepen voorbereiden en coördineren

Fungeren als kenniscentrum voor boekhoudkundige kwesties voor ondernemingen binnen de Groep (BE GAAP- en IFRS-analyses): boekhoudkundig personeel en andere interne stakeholders superviseren en begeleiden onder toezicht van de Consolidation Manager

Samenwerken met auditors

Complexe financiële verslagen voorbereiden en reviewen

Ervoor zorgen dat de boekhoudkundige principes en regels worden nageleefd

Helpen bij de ontwikkeling en implementatie van boekhoudkundige richtlijnen en procedures

Deelnemen aan budgetterings- en prognoseactiviteiten (IFRS-overwegingen)

Indien nodig meewerken aan speciale projecten en initiatieven

Verslagen voor verschillende interne en externe organen voorbereiden/reviewen, zoals de NBB, ESEF-rapportering, de Ondernemingsraad, enz.

Jouw profiel

Bachelordiploma, maar bij voorkeur een masterdiploma in boekhouding, financiën, of in een aanverwante studierichting

Ervaring: 5 jaar

Aantoonbare ervaring als Senior Accountant of een vergelijkbare functie

Goed begrip van boekhoudkundige principes en regels

Goede beheersing van boekhoudsoftware (SAP), Microsoft Excel en SAP BPC

Uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen

Goede kennis van FR of NL + EN

Oog voor detail en nauwkeurig

Teamspeler en effectieve communicator

Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en goed in time management
