Junior Controller VIE

MH Belux is covering the distribution in both countries, Belgium and Luxembourg, and MH Netherlands is covering the distribution in the Netherlands, those 3 countries are sharing part of their finance and operations back office.
Moët Hennessy offers a VIE position within this organization, based in Brussels, gathering Business Controlling missions over this BENELUX scope.
Support the business performance of the company being in charge of specific P&L lines & taking part of budget processes Ensure a clear internal communication both internally (targets to communicate to the team) & externally (reporting to EMEA HQ) Improve the efficiency of operations taking part into continuous improvement projects Main Responsibilities
Reporting
Monthly business reporting to the EMEA headquarters (volume, sales, marketing budget), Monthly volume forecast reporting to the EMEA headquarters after challenging the sales team’s assumptions Actual volumes reporting by channel (to EMEA HQ & internally) Quarterly Private channel P&L reporting A&P reporting & reconciliation with SAP Budget follow-up
Responsibility of A&P follow up Responsibility of P&L Private follow up Forecast process
Participation in the forecast exercises related to volumes, A&P and OVH (Budget, Last Estimates & Landing processes) Projects & Others
Analysis: Complete monthly analysis of actual performance from volumes to MOP. Assist Business controller for ad hoc analysis and presentations. Maintain procedures Candidate Profile
Education :
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration Languages :
Fluent in English, French or Dutch are a plus Professional experience :
Experience in reporting, controlling and/or business analysis (internship or apprenticeship). Interest for the Wines & Spirits sector. Technical & management skills :
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel. SAP, PowerBi and Topaz and Anaplan are a plus. Personal & interpersonal skills:
Strongly motivated and willing to learn. Team-player, dynamic and proactive, autonomous, rigorous and organized. Good communication skills and business mindset.
