En tant que Key Account Manager vous représentez Bergerat Monnoyeur Belgium auprès des clients ‘grand comptes' qui vous sont attribués. Vous développez une relation basée sur la confiance avec des clients existants et vous leur proposez proactivement vos conseils judicieux. Votre mission : assurer le suivi commercial et général, de nos key accounts afin de pérenniser une excellente relation commerciale. Vos clients sont des clients CAT à l'international actifs sur le marché européen. Vous êtes responsable du suivi de leur flotte belge en concertation avec leur représentant CAT.
Les tâches suivantes forment votre quotidien :
-La vente et la location de machines CAT (neuves et d'occasion) et d'outils en Belgique.
-Suivi de flotte : conseiller vos clients (p. ex. quel est le moment opportun de remplacer une machine et par quel type d'engin, en fonction du nombre d'heures de travail au compteur, la garantie, les délais de livraison, etc.
-Vous êtes le point de contact commercial pour les clients key-account qui vous sont confiés et vous entretenez (et renforcez) les relations déjà existantes par des contacts réguliers.
-En tant que conseiller commercial vous :
orassemblez toutes les questions entrantes de vos clients key-account et vous y répondez de manière appropriée. Transmission des questions auprès du bon service/collègue ;
ovous assumez la responsabilité opérationnelle de vos clients qui sont liés aux différents sites de Bergerat Monnoyeur Belgium (Overijse, Izegem, Anvers et Herstal).
-Mise à jour les informations clients dans Salesforce.
-Conseil sur mesure par le biais des services internes adéquats et promotions marketing.
-Vous suivez les litiges et proposez des solutions (en collaboration avec le management).
-Vous êtes responsable du Net Loyalty Score de vos key accounts.

Votre profil
Vous êtes un as sur le plan commercial avec une passion pour les machines de génie civil (et pour la technique en général). Une culture d'entreprise informelle et travailler de manière autonome vous vont comme un gant et vous êtes fort en communication (verbale et écrite). Votre vision bien pensée sur vos clients et leurs besoins, sur nos produits et sur notre stratégie commerciale va de pair avec une force de persuasion.
Vous possédez également les compétences suivantes :
-Vous avez un diplôme dans une filière technico-commerciale ou équivalent par expérience.
-Vous avez minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans la vente, de préférence dans le secteur du génie civil.
-Vous avez une forte affinité avec les machines de génie civil.
-Vous êtes parfaitement trilingue NL/FR/EN et avez une bonne connaissance de l'anglais.
-Vous êtes orienté client et vous comprenez leurs besoins.
-Vous êtes pragmatique et orienté solutions.
-Vous aimez les contacts sociaux.
-Toujours communiquer de manière professionnelle et fluide avec des interlocuteurs très différents (clients, techniciens, fournisseurs, etc.), même dans des situations difficiles.
-Vous avez une approche commerciale forte et une force de persuasion.
-Office 365 n'a plus de secrets pour vous (Excel, Word, PPT) et une première expérience avec Salesforce est un atout.
