CONTEXTE

Les stratégies opérationnelles et RH actuelles (2020-2023) de l'OCB (Centre Opérationnel de Bruxelles) définissent l'orientation de l'apprentissage et du développement de nos projets sur le terrain. Au sein du département RH de MSF Belgique, le People Development Hub a pour objectif de développer et d'améliorer les compétences, les attitudes et les connaissances de la main-d'œuvre mondiale de MSF afin de répondre aux besoins et objectifs opérationnels de MSF. Nous soutenons notre personnel par le biais d'une offre d'apprentissage, d'une induction et d’une intégration, d'un mentorat et d'un coaching, de communautés de pratique, de mobilité, d'évaluation et de développement des personnes. L'équipe L&D Leadership and Inclusion, composée d'un partenaire L&D et de deux référents L&D, est l'une des quatre équipes de L&D Solutions. Ces équipes co-conçoivent la stratégie L&D pour les différentes expertises (techniques et transversales) ainsi que les solutions L&D. En tant que référent Learning & Development Leadership and Inclusion , votre objectif est de co-créer des solutions de formation et de développement efficaces et de haute qualité qui répondent aux besoins du personnel MSF. En tant que spécialiste thématique, vous êtes responsable de tous les apprentissages sur le leadership et l'inclusion : diversité, équité et inclusion (DEI), induction et intégration (principalement) et gestion des personnes. Vous travaillez sous la supervision directe du « Partenaire L&D pour le leadership et l'inclusion » et collaborez avec des experts en la matière ainsi qu'avec d'autres parties prenantes internes et externes impliquées dans d'autres initiatives de L&D.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

Soutenir le déploiement, la conception et la mise en œuvre du leadership, de l'induction et de l'intégration, de la DEI, de l'éthique, du mentorat et du coaching

Utiliser les méthodologies et principes de gestion de projet et le modèle ADDIE

Contribuer aux discussions stratégiques avec le partenaire L&D et d'autres parties prenantes clés

Former et améliorer les compétences des experts en la matière (SME) pour comprendre la signature pédagogique de MSF OCB et leur rôle dans la création de solutions de formation et de développement, y compris la facilitation.

Piloter des solutions et des initiatives de formation et de développement

Définir et assurer une mise en œuvre durable de l'offre de formation, y compris l'organisation et l'animation d'événements de formation, soit avec les départements/unités, soit avec le Flex-pool et passer le relais à l'équipe L&D Support & Deployment

Adapter, faciliter et coordonner les solutions de formation et de développement en cas de besoin

Soutenir l'équipe de soutien et de déploiement de la formation et du développement dans la recherche, le briefing, etc. des poolers flexibles et autres facilitateurs.

Assurer l'assurance qualité de la conception et/ou du contenu de l'apprentissage, produit en interne et en externe selon la méthodologie et les normes définies par l'unité L&D

Soutenir les collègues L&D dans les pays d'opérations dans la création de solutions ad hoc/adaptation des solutions L&D existantes afin de les adapter davantage à leurs besoins et à leurs circonstances spécifiques

Assurer une bonne gestion de l'information pour le contenu créé ainsi que le contenu référencé

Expliquer l'offre et les changements apportés aux programmes et aux approches aux principales parties prenantes, en collaboration avec le partenaire L&D et avec l'équipe de support et de déploiement L&D

Le découpage des projets et des initiatives sera géré par le biais d'un RASCI (Responsible, Accountable, Support, Consulted and Informed)

CONDITIONS

Expected starting date: September 2024

Location*: Brussels (Belgium)

Mobility: 2 – 3 travels in the Europe and in the countries of operations per year

Contract type: Open ended contract – Part-time 80% in 2024 and can be increased to 100% in 2025

Salary according to MSF-OCB HQ grid

Meal Vouchers – Hospital Insurance (DKV) – Pension Plan – 100% reimbursement for public transportation costs
