What’s Cooking? (voorheen Ter Beke Groep) is een Europese groep in verse en hartige voeding met hoofdkantoor in België. Net zoals het welzijn van de bijna 3. geëngageerde mensen die voor ons werken in België, Nederland, Frankrijk, Polen en het Verenigd Koninkrijk. What’s Cooking? is onze nieuwe naam, maar als onderneming bestaan we al zo’n 75 jaar. Ons familiebedrijf is sinds beursgenoteerd aan de Euronext Brussels Stock Exchange en in draaiden we een omzet van miljoen euro.

Wat ga je doen als Marketing Manager?

Als Marketing Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van het Marketing beleid (Category Management, Product Management, Brand Management), om de verkoop- en innovatie-objectieven van de SBU Savoury te realiseren en te maximaliseren. Je stuurt hierbij een team van 8 personen aan (België & Nederland) en rapporteert aan de SBU Director Savoury.

Je leidt de ontwikkeling van de Category Vision en stuurt de Category Managers aan. Samen met hen definieer je de groeistrategie van de Categorie en alle betrokken landen. Je staat zelf mee in voor het Category Management voor de Franstalige klanten in België.

Je stuurt de Product Managers aan en leidt alle marketingaspecten binnen de betrokken markten om innovaties en verbeteringen op product- en procesvlak te genereren en deze samen met de Sales Managers om te bouwen naar sales plannen.

Je ontwikkelt, initieert en coördineert diverse programma’s binnen Marketing om het verkoopproces continu te optimaliseren en de veranderingsprocessen binnen de volledige organisatie te ondersteunen. Je maakt een kosten/batenanalyse van de (potentiële) processen, systemen en procedures en denkt nieuwe processen, systemen en procedures uit op basis van nieuwe ontwikkelingen of trends op de markt.

Je beoordeelt marktontwikkelingen op korte en middellange termijn voor het volledige productengamma binnen alle markten om te kunnen inspelen op commerciële opportuniteiten.

Je stelt het Marketing jaarbudget op en stuurt bij indien nodig om een optimale allocatie van de werkingsmiddelen te verkrijgen binnen de marketing afdeling.

Je evalueert de verschillende marketingacties op hun effectiviteit en impact op de verkoop en werkt aangepaste oplossingen uit.

Je stuurt, coacht, ontwikkelt je team om als een optimaal functionerende afdeling te werken. Tevens vertegenwoordig je de marketing afdeling ten aanzien van externe stakeholders en onderhoud je nauwe contacten met andere afdelingen.

Waarmee versterk jij ons team?

Je beschikt over een Master diploma en 10-15 jaar relevante marketingervaring binnen FMCG (B2C).

Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in product & category management en een bewezen trackrecord in het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van succesvolle marketingstrategieën.

Je beschikt over sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en het vermogen om jouw team te managen en te motiveren.

Je bent flexibel om je te verplaatsen binnen onze vestigingen in België (Vlaanderen) en Nederland. Uiteraard kan je dit combineren met thuiswerk.

Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
