Wie zijn we ?
De familie Blaton staat al 155 jaar voor ondernemerschap in de bouwsector. Ze levert het bewijs dat een familiebedrijf een van de grote spelers in de Belgische bouwsector kan zijn. We bouwen grootschalige projecten zoals torens, stations, kantoor- en appartementsgebouwen, hotels, .... Stuk voor stuk verwezenlijkingen waar onze medewerkers trots aan meewerken. Wij realiseren meer dan 45 grote werven per jaar, zowel in nieuwbouw, renovatie als civiele bouwkunde. We zijn actief in het Groothertogdom Luxemburg, in Brussel en in Vlaanderen. Met een omzetgroei van 435 miljoen euro in 2021 zijn we duidelijk een dynamische speler in de markt.

Functie

De Project Manager werkt mee aan een of meer bouwprojecten, afhankelijk van de omvang en complexiteit ervan.

Hij is de eindverantwoordelijke voor de uitvoering van een grootschalig project of van verscheidene middelgrote projecten (gemiddelde van 2 tot 50 miljoen euro per project).

Type van werken: ruwbouw, industriële en kantoorgebouwen, industriële engineering , geen eengezinswoningen of wegenwerken.

Afhankelijk van de behoeften superviseert hij een of meer Werfingenieurs, die hem bijstaan.

In nauwe samenwerking met de Werfleider ziet hij toe op de uitvoering en alle technische aspecten van het project en vergewist hij zich van de financiële rentabiliteit van het project.

Algemene verantwoordelijkheden:

Organisatie en management van het project (vanaf de overhandiging van het volledige dossier door het Calculatie Departement).

De Project Manager kan de uitvoeringsmiddelen en methoden voorstellen, alsook de onderaannemers en leveranciers op wie hij een beroep wenst te doen.

Klantenrelaties en opvolging van de contracten.

Financiële en budgettaire controle , in samenwerking met de Beheerscontroleur.

Algemene planning op lange termijn van de werken.

Leiding over de productie, het rendement, de controle en de coördinatie van de onderaannemers en de eigen teams.

Implementatie van de procedures inzake kwaliteit (ISO), veiligheid of milieu .

Relaties met de lokale overheidsinstanties.

Alle andere taken waarvoor hij de eindverantwoordelijkheid draagt.

De Project Manager rapporteert ofwel aan een van de Projectdirecteurs, ofwel rechtstreeks aan de Technisch Directeur, ofwel aan de Algemene Directie.

Profiel

Master, Industrieel ingenieur, Burgerlijk ingenieur bouwkunde (of Burgerlijk ingenieur architect).

Verscheidene jaren ervaring (in de bouwsector) en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in de functie.

Strategische visie en businessgericht. In staat om commerciële relaties op hoog niveau uit te bouwen en te onderhouden. Overtuigingskracht en communicatievaardigheid.

Managercapaciteiten, goede onderhandelaar.
