VOTRE FONCTION :
En tant que Quality & Specialized Process Manager , vous assurez et optimisez la qualité ainsi que le respect des exigences légales au sein des activités de distribution de l’organisation afin de garantir la qualité et la conformité aux normes de bonnes pratiques de ces activités et d’ainsi contribuer à la réalisation des objectifs organisationnels.
VOS RESPONSABILITES ET ACTIVITES PRINCIPALES:
·Quality management :En collaboration avec les collaborateurs concernés, vous contribuez au développement et à la mise en œuvre des lignes directrices dans le cadre des bonnes pratiques officinales pour les activités spécialisées (B2B, PMI, Prisons, …) ainsi que pour l’activité grossiste-répartiteur (GDP) et de leur conformité aux exigences légales, et en assurer leur respect afin de garantir une qualité optimale
·Specialized Process Optimisation :

Vous entretenez et perfectionnez vos connaissances professionnelles et vos aptitudes techniques dans le domaine de la législation pharmaceutique afin de renforcer votre crédibilité par le biais d’un service qui repose en permanence sur des connaissances actualisées
·Knowledge and experience sharing :
Vous transmettez votre expertise en matière de législation pharmaceutique afin de répondre aux besoins organisationnels
:
Vous collaborez avec les autres directions afin de permettre une amélioration continue de la qualité
·Project management :
Vous supervisez et/ou contribuez à divers projets afin de mener à bien les projets de manière efficace
·Change management :
Vous intégrez la dimension change management dans les projets développés
VOTRE PROFIL :
·Master en Sciences Pharmaceutiques, orientation pharmacien d’industrie ou expérience équivalente
·Comptant 5 ans d’expérience professionnelle
·L’expérience dans le domaine G(M)DP est un avantage
·Proactif, dynamique et orienté solution
·Sens de l’organisation, gestion des priorités
·Esprit analytique et de synthèse
·Bonne capacité de communication (orale et écrite) y inclus la rédaction des procédures
·Capacité de travail en groupe et de manière autonome
·Bilingue FR/NL

JOUW FUNCTIE:
Als Quality & Specialized Process Manager optimaliseer en verzorg je de kwaliteit en naleving van wettelijke vereisten binnen de distributieactiviteiten van de organisatie om zo de kwaliteit en naleving van de normen van “good practices” van deze activiteiten te garanderen en bij te dragen aan het bereiken van organisatiedoelstellingen.
JE BELANGRIJKSTE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN EN ACTIVITEITEN:
·Quality management:
In samenwerking met de betrokken medewerkers draag je bij tot de ontwikkeling en implementatie van richtlijnen in het kader van goede apotheekpraktijken voor gespecialiseerde activiteiten (B2B, SMI, gevangenissen, ...) alsook voor hun groeiende activiteit en de naleving van wettelijke vereisten, en verzeker je de naleving ervan om een optimale kwaliteit te garanderen.
·Specialized Process Optimisation :
Je levert expertise en doet aanbevelingen over procesoptimalisatie voor gespecialiseerde apotheekactiviteiten, in samenwerking met de betreffendebusiness-owners
·Continuous knowledge update :
Je onderhoudt en perfectioneert je vakkennis en technische vaardighedenop het gebied van farmaceutische wetgeving om je credibiliteit te versterken aan de hand van dienstverlening die gebaseerd is op je up-to-date kennis.
·Knowledge and experience sharing :
Je deelt je expertise in farmaceutische wetgeving om te voldoen aan de behoeften van de organisatie
·Continuous improvement :
Je werkt samen met andere afdelingen om continue kwaliteitsverbetering mogelijk te maken
·Project management :
Je begeleidt en/of draagt bij aan diverse projecten om projecten efficiënt uit te voeren
·Change management:
Je integreert de change management dimensie in de ontwikkelde projecten
UW PROFIEL:
·Master's degree in farmaceutische wetenschappen, industriële apothekersoriëntatie of gelijkwaardige ervaring
·Met 5 jaar professionele ervaring
·Ervaring op het gebied van G(M)DP is een plus
·Proactief, dynamisch en oplossingsgericht
·Gevoel voor organisatie, beheer van prioriteiten
·Analytische en synthese geest
·Goede communicatieve vaardigheden (mondeling en schriftelijk) inclusief redactieprocedures
·Vermogen om in groepen en zelfstandig te werken
