En tant qu’acteur clé dans le secteur des soins pharmaceutiques, Multipharma souhaite renforcer le rôle du pharmacien dans les soins de première ligne afin de rendre les soins de santé accessibles à tous. Multipharma dispose également d'un centre de distribution avancé et de 2 centres innovants pour la préparation de médication individuelle, destinée aux patients dans les maisons de repos et d’autres établissements de soins.

Multipharma désire renforcer son département Real Estate en créant une fonction de PROPERTY & ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER.

LA FONCTION :
OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT

Organiser les différentes activités de la mise en oeuvre des activités techniques, des sujets environmentaux et des projets de rénovations et assurer le rôle de binôme pour chaucun des maintenance coordinators

·Planifier, organiser et structurer le travail

·Etablir des priorités en fonction de l'optimisation du travail

·Contrôler les documents techniques de l'adjudication et de l'exécution

·Contrôler la conformité des spécifications du devis avec les normes légales

·Traiter l'aspect administratif des devis et des cahiers des charges

·Traiter la correspondance relative aux travaux (contrôle des factures et vérification des

bons de commande)

·Veiller à I'exécution des travaux sur place et à la qualité des installations techniques et

des infrastructures conformément aux normes, de la réglementation et au cahier des
charges

·Rester à jour en termes de l'évolution des connaissances (formations externes,bourses,…) et veiller à ce que ces mises à jours percolent en aval

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

En collaboration avec la direction financière, préparer le budget, suivre les résultats, les mesurer et les diriger vers les cibles déterminées si nécessaire afin de réaliser les objectifs établis.

Préparer le budget sur base d'informations communiquées par le département financier et de l'évolution des activités

Suivre la réalisation du budget

Tenir à jour les recettes et dépenses dans la comptabilité

Déterminer, analyser et traiter les indicateurs de performance

Présenter les analyses et les résultats obtenus aux parties prenantes (essentiellement externes) et implémentation des plans d'actions determines

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Superviser et/ou contribuer à des projets (construction, rénovation, aménagernent, équipement, Business Continuity Plan, manuel sécurité) afin d'optimiser les services et les systèmes de fonctionnement permettant des résultats optimaux pour l'organisation de manière rentable et qualitative.

Détecter les besoins et les opportunités de développement

Convertir les besoins et souhaits en projets concrets

Etablir le planning et la structure du projet

Contribuer à la réalisation opérationnelle du projet

Encourager les nouveaux concepts

Suivre et finaliser les deliverables

ENVIRONMENTAL & SUSTAINABILITY MANAGEMENT Superviser à ce que l'organisation fonctionne conformément aux lignes directrices et aux objectifs en matière d'environnement en conformité avec le plan de durabilité déterminé pour l'entreprise.

Co-développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies et des plans d'action environnementaux, afin d'assurer le développement durable de l'entreprise

être force de proposition en matière d'achats durables pour tous les biens et services. Coordonner tous les aspects de la lutte contre la pollution, de la gestion des déchets, du recyclage, de la santé environnementale, de la conservation et des énergies renouvelables

Veiller au respect de la législation environnementale

assurer la liaison avec les organismes concernés tels que les autorités locales, les organismes publics et les organismes compétents

Auditer, analyser et rendre compte des performances environnementales aux clients internes et externes et aux organismes de réglementation

Réaliser des évaluations d'impact afin d'identifier, d'évaluer et de réduire les risques environnementaux et les coûts financiers d'une organisation

Promouvoir et sensibiliser, à tous les niveaux d'une organisation, à l'impact des questions environnementales émergentes

Elaborer et mettre en œuvre des systèmes de gestion environnementale afin d'améliorer en permanence l'impact de l'organisation sur l'environnement

Former le personnel à tous les niveaux aux questions et responsabilités environnementales

Fixer des objectifs de développement durable pour l'organisation, élaborer des plans pour atteindre ces objectifs et superviser leur réalisation

VENDOR MANAGEMENT

Organiser les interactions avec les partenaires externes, en collaboration avec le Real Estate Expert, afin de garantir une action répondant aux objectifs de l'organisation.

Evaluer et sélectionner les partenaires externes (sur la base des délais de livraison, de la qualité, de I'exactitude, etc.)

Intervenir en tant que personne de contact pour les différents partenaires externes (entrepreneurs, architectes, autorités publiques, etc.)

Expliquer les besoins du client interne aux parties externes et inversement

TEAM MANAGEMENT

Assurer la gestion de l'équipe de Maintenance Coordinators en termes d'embauches et départs, développements et évolutions, motivation afin de garantir un fonctionnement performant et harmonieux du département

VOTRE PROFIL :

• Formation : Master ou expérience équivalente (engineering, architecture…) • Expérience professionnelle : Une expérience pertinente de minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire est nécessaire

• Connaissance PC: MS Office

• Connaissance en langues: vous communiquez parfaitement en NL et FR

• Capacité techniques poussées : Techniques du bâtiment. Connaissance ou expérience dans l’optimisation énergétique est considéré comme un plus

• Connaissance spécifiques: expérience en project management est indispensable

• Permis de conduire : Permis B

• Leadership pour enthousiasmer une équipe • Force de persuasion

• Orientation client• Sensitivité d’organisation et gestion des parties prenantes (niveau management supérieur)

Multipharma is op zoek naar versterking van de afdeling Real Estate door de functie van PROPERTY & ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGER te creëren.
DE FUNCTIE:
OPERATIONEEL BEHEER
Organiseren van de verschillende activiteiten die komen kijken bij het uitvoeren van technische activiteiten, milieukwesties en renovatieprojecten, en optreden als duo voor elk van de onderhoudscoördinatoren.
- Werk plannen, organiseren en structureren
- Prioriteiten stellen om de werklast te optimaliseren
- Controleren van de technische documenten met betrekking tot de aanbesteding en uitvoering van het werk
- Controleren of het bestek voldoet aan de wettelijke eisen
- De administratieve aspecten van ramingen en bestekken afhandelen
- Correspondentie met betrekking tot de werkzaamheden afhandelen (controleren van facturen en verifiëren van aankooporders)
- Ervoor zorgen dat het werk op locatie wordt uitgevoerd en dat de technische installaties en infrastructuur in overeenstemming zijn met de normen, voorschriften en specificaties
- Op de hoogte blijven van ontwikkelingen in kennis (externe training, subsidies, etc.) en ervoor zorgen dat deze updates downstream worden doorgegeven.
BUDGETBEHEER
In samenwerking met de financiële afdeling de begroting opstellen, resultaten bewaken, meten en zo nodig bijsturen in de richting van de gestelde doelen om de gestelde doelen te bereiken.
- De begroting opstellen op basis van informatie van de financiële afdeling en de ontwikkeling van activiteiten.
- De uitvoering van de begroting bewaken
- De boekhouding bijhouden met inkomsten en uitgaven
- Prestatie-indicatoren bepalen, analyseren en verwerken
- De verkregen analyses en resultaten presenteren aan de belanghebbenden (voornamelijk externe) en de vastgestelde actieplannen uitvoeren
PROJECTBEHEER
Begeleiden van en/of bijdragen aan projecten (bouw, renovatie, inrichting, apparatuur, Business Continuity Plan, veiligheidshandboek) om diensten en bedrijfssystemen te optimaliseren om optimale resultaten te leveren voor de organisatie op een kosteneffectieve en kwalitatief hoogwaardige manier.
- Ontwikkelingsbehoeften en -mogelijkheden identificeren
- Het omzetten van behoeften en wensen in concrete projecten
- Opstellen van de projectplanning en -structuur
- Bijdragen aan de operationele uitvoering van het project
- Stimuleren van nieuwe concepten
- Monitoren en afronden van deliverables
MILIEU- & DUURZAAMHEIDSMANAGEMENT

Toezien dat de organisatie werkt in overeenstemming met milieurichtlijnen en -doelstellingen in lijn met het duurzaamheidsplan dat voor het bedrijf is vastgesteld.

Mede-ontwikkelen en implementeren van milieustrategieën en actieplannen om de duurzame ontwikkeling van het bedrijf te waarborgen.

Een drijvende kracht zijn achter duurzame inkoop voor alle goederen en diensten. Coördineren van alle aspecten van vervuilingscontrole, afvalbeheer, recycling, milieugezondheid, behoud en hernieuwbare energie.

Ervoor zorgen dat de milieuwetgeving wordt nageleefd

Contacten onderhouden met relevante instanties zoals lokale autoriteiten, overheidsinstanties en bevoegde organen

Auditen, analyseren en rapporteren van milieuprestaties aan interne en externe klanten en regelgevende instanties

Effectbeoordelingen uitvoeren om de milieurisico's en financiële kosten van een organisatie te identificeren, evalueren en verminderen

Bevorderen en vergroten van het bewustzijn, op alle niveaus van een organisatie, van de impact van opkomende milieukwesties

Ontwikkelen en implementeren van milieumanagementsystemen om de invloed van de organisatie op het milieu continu te verbeteren.

VENDOR MANAGEMENT Organiseren van interacties met externe partners, in samenwerking met de Real Estate Expert, om ervoor te zorgen dat acties voldoen aan de doelstellingen van de organisatie. - Evalueren en selecteren van externe partners (op basis van levertijden, kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid, etc.).
- Optreden als contactpersoon voor de verschillende externe partners (aannemers, architecten, overheden, enz.).
- De behoeften van de interne klant uitleggen aan externe partijen en vice versa
TEAMBEHEER
Het management van de Maintenance Coördinatoren op het gebied van werving en vertrek, ontwikkelingen en upgrades, en motivatie, om ervoor te zorgen dat de afdeling soepel en efficiënt draait.
UW PROFIEL : - Opleiding: Masterdiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring (ingenieurswetenschappen, architectuur, enz.)
- Werkervaring: minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is vereist
- PC kennis: MS Office
- Taalvaardigheden: vloeiend in NL en FR
- Gevorderde technische vaardigheden: Bouwtechnieken. Kennis van of ervaring met energieoptimalisatie is een pluspunt
- Specifieke kennis: ervaring in projectmanagement is essentieel
