The position
Oversee the restaurant operationsHire and train the staff, creating your own teamCome up with ideas to develop the bar strategy and increasing revenueCreating menus and new drinks together with the head chef and ownerLeading a team and set exampleHave a deep understanding of the product and systems, ensuring everything is accurately set up in the POSParticipate in the pricing of the itemsCreating Profit and Loss reportsConduct monthly inventory and stock management.Oversee stock ordering and contacting suppliersThe successful candidate
