Missions

Nous cherchons aujourdhui pour notre département Supply Chain de la zone Benelux basé à Seneffe :

Un(e) Supply Chain Manager

Sous la supervision du Supply Chain Flow Manager Groupe, vous assumerez la responsabilité de léquipe Supply Chain Benelux, composée d'une dizaine de collaborateurs (acheteurs opérationnels, approvisionneurs, planification et service clients).

Basé(e) sur le site industriel de Seneffe, votre rôle consistera à superviser et à améliorer les opérations Supply Chain ainsi que la gestion des flux, garantissant ainsi la livraison des produits aux clients dans les délais convenus et avec une qualité optimale.

Voici un aperçu de vos principales responsabilités :

Service Client :

Être garant du taux de service client (interne et externe)

Gestion des activités opérationnelles :

Planifier, coordonner et superviser les activités de la chaîne logistique interne et externe, y compris le transport,

Être le point de contact privilégié des directions commerciales et industrielles en ce qui concerne les opérations Supply Chain,

Veiller à ce que toutes les activités soient menées en conformité avec les normes de qualité, de sécurité et de réglementation en vigueur,

Identifier et atténuer les risques tout au long de la chaîne d'approvisionnement,

Optimisation et amélioration continue :

Déployer la stratégie Supply Chain du Groupe Kersia à léchelon local,

Assurer la maîtrise des couts liés aux opérations tout en en maintenant des niveaux de service élevés, (Entreposage, Stocks, transport, ressources)

Analyser les données de performance logistique et stocks afin d'identifier les opportunités d'amélioration continue, notamment en ce qui concerne la planification de la production et la gestion / le dimensionnement des stocks

S&OP :

Animer le processus de Sales and Operations Planning de la zone en collaborant avec les équipes commerciales et Opérations

Gestion des prestataires logistiques :

Gérer les relations avec les prestataires logistiques, en négociant des contrats et en assurant une communication transparente pour garantir des opérations fluides

Leadership fonctionnel et hiérarchique :

Gérer et développer les compétences dune équipe Supply Chain

Votre contribution sera cruciale pour optimiser les processus et assurer une supply chain efficace et fiable, répondant ainsi aux exigences les plus élevées en matière de qualité et de service client.

Profil

Titulaire à minima dun Master en supply chain et logistique, en gestion des opérations ou dans un domaine similaire, vous avez une expérience significative dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur de la chimie. Toute expérience en Supply Chain Planning, prévision des ventes ou gestion déquipe Service Client serait bénéfique.

Une certification en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (ex : APICS) serait un atout.

Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en gestion de projets supply chain, en analyse de données, en refonte de processus et résolution de problèmes. Vous êtes capables de plonger dans lopérationnel des sujets sans perdre la dimension stratégique de ceux-ci.

Reconnu(e) pour votre facilité relationnelle, votre persévérance et votre engagement envers les clients, vous êtes également réputé(e) pour votre sens de l'organisation et votre capacité à gérer les priorités. Vous êtes doté(e) dune solide capacité d'analyse et de synthèse.

Vous possédez un leadership naturel et êtes capable de mobiliser efficacement des équipes interfonctionnelles. Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques, avez une appétence forte pour Excel et la suite bureautique. Une connaissance de lERP « Oracle Cloud » serait un plus.

Vos compétences en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, sont solides.

Ce poste nécessite des déplacements fréquents chez nos fournisseurs et/ou prestataires, ainsi que quelques visites au siège Kersia situé en France. Orienté(e) résultats, vous avez la capacité de mettre en place les actions nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs fixés, et ce, de manière efficace et efficiente.
