Als Teamleader van het departement Non-Life Pricing (B2C) heb je een veelzijdige rol :

People Management : je begeleidt mensen, helpt ze zich te ontwikkelen en te groeien. Je fungeert als coach en gids.
Projecten : je organiseert het werk van het team, stelt doelstellingen vast, ziet erop toe dat de ontwikkelde methodologieën de meest adequate zijn en voldoen aan de marktnormen. Je neemt de leiding over de grootste projecten.
Processen : je streeft ernaar om de operationele processen te verbeteren.
Actuariële bewaker : je blijft op de hoogte van ontwikkelingen in de actuariële gemeenschap, datawetenschappen, de omgeving in het algemeen en opkomende risico's in het bijzonder.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een dynamisch, internationaal team van 3 tot 5 mensen met verschillende achtergronden. De verwachtingen zijn :

de ontwikkeling van nieuwe verzekeringsproducten Niet-Leven of de optimalisatie van het bestaande aanbod;
de rentabiliteitsmonitoring van de verzekeringsproducten Niet-Leven;
de analyse van de relevantie en implementatie van nieuwe actuariële technieken om verschillende belangrijke variabelen te modelleren;
ondersteuning bieden aan de verschillende business- en supportdiensten bij het ontwikkelen van projecten, en in het bijzonder het ontwikkelen van het businessplan voor de onderneming;
investering in IT-implementatie.

Teamleader zijn van het departement Non-Life Pricing (B2C) betekent ook projecten end-to-end beheren met een hoge mate van autonomie, in een ondersteunende omgeving waar initiatief meer dan welkom is.

Je hebt een of meerdere universitaire diploma’s in een kwantitatieve richting (actuaris, wetenschappen, wiskunde of management) met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in pricing Niet-Leven/productontwikkeling.
Je beschikt over specifieke competenties in informatica (SaS, Pyhton, R of andere), in statistiek en in methodes voor verwerking en analyse van continue en niet-gestructureerde gegevens (Big Data, Machine Learning, Deep Learning ...).
Je wordt erkend als een zorgzame, empathische en leergierige manager, die in staat is veranderingen teweeg te brengen ...
Klanttevredenheid is voor jou een tweede natuur.
Je werkt op een constructieve, ingenieuze en oplossingsgerichte manier.
Je beschikt over analyse- en synthesevaardigheden.
Je hebt uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden met een gestructureerde en logische aanpak.
