Als B2B Vendor Relationship Manager maak je deel uit van het Portfolio Management team van Telenet Business. Je bouwt en onderhoudt win-win partnerships met onze belangrijkste leveranciers in o.a. Cybersecurity, Networking, UC&C & Cloud om de algemene bedrijfsstrategie en langetermijndoelstellingen van Telenet Business te ondersteunen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Vendor Relationship Manager

Ondersteuning geven bij het ontwikkelen, implementeren en onderhouden van een portfolio, sourcing en vendor strategie die past bij de korte-, middellange- en langetermijndoelstellingen van Telenet Business en de Telenet manier van werken.

Ondersteuning bieden bij het zoeken, selecteren en sourcen van onderaannemers, om specifieke behoeften te voldoen en de nodige diensten te leveren aan de Business-to-Business (B2B) klanten van Telenet.

Onderhoudt het relatiebeheer tussen interne en externe belanghebbenden om partnerschappen op lange termijn te creëren.

Handhaaft leverancierscontracten gedurende hun hele levenscyclus, in nauwe samenwerking met alle belanghebbenden om ervoor te zorgen dat de strategische doelstellingen van Telenet worden gewaarborgd.

Verzorgt de constante evaluatie van de prestaties van de leveranciers ten opzichte van de contractuele serviceverplichtingen om de algehele effectiviteit van de door de leveranciers geleverde diensten te waarborgen.

Initieert optimalisaties van de bestaande leveringsmodellen en bevordert innovatie en verbeteringen bij leveranciers. Houdt toezicht op en onderneemt passende acties om de risico's van leveranciers te beperken.

Onze ideale Vendor Relationship Manager

Bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, minimaal 3-5 jaar relevante ervaring

Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels, met het vermogen om te communiceren met interne en externe belanghebbenden van alle achtergronden en opleidingsniveaus.

Moet geen technisch expert zijn, maar heeft voldoende technische kennis/inzicht om oplossingen van leveranciers/partners en hun waarde in ons portfolio te begrijpen.

Begrijpt de belangrijkste drijfveren van B2B ICT-leveranciers, hun strategie en portfolio enerzijds en de belangrijkste business drivers en strategie van Telenet anderzijds.

Heeft onderhandelingsvaardigheden en ten minste enige basiservaring op het gebied van inkoop.

Is in staat juridische, financiële en mogelijke andere risico's te identificeren en helpt adequate maatregelen te nemen om die risico's te beperken.

Je moet goed kunnen omgaan met talloze stakeholders, vergaderingen on- en off-site en deadlines. Je bent zeer goed georganiseerd om de vele onderdelen van de functie te beheren en de taken op schema te houden.

Je bent een doelgerichte professional die de drive en motivatie heeft om jezelf te pushen om te slagen.
