Momenteel zijn we in België op zoek naar een gedreven Voorman binnen de discipline industriële isolatie om onze firma te versterken.

Bilfinger Industrial Services heeft zich ontwikkeld tot een veelzijdige aanbieder van ondersteunende diensten voor de industrie. De organisatie van Bilfinger Industrial Services in België en Nederland bestaat uit 1. werknemers. Daarnaast zijn er nog eens 1. medewerkers werkzaam via VCU-gecertificeerde bedrijven. Vanuit acht vestigingen in België en Nederland biedt Bilfinger Industrial Services een breed servicepakket: isolatie, steigerbouw, painting, tracing, asbestverwijdering, vuurbescherming, lawaaibeheersing en rope access. Bilfinger Industrial Services is actief in de marktsectoren petrochemie, chemie, olie en gas, farma, food, energie, staal en maritiem.

Als voorman ben je verantwoordelijk voor de coördinatie en de uitvoering van werkzaamheden op projecten en onderhoudsbouwplaatsen.

Takenpakket:

Je biedt op diverse vlakken ondersteuning aan de projectleider.
Je ontvangt de planningen, opdrachten en instructies van de opdrachtgever en controleert deze op volledigheid, juistheid en duidelijkheid.
Je houdt toezicht en geeft dagelijks leiding aan een kleine ploeg isolatiemonteurs.
Je oriënteert je op de technische en organisatorische aspecten van het project, op basis van de ontvangen informatie en instructie.
Je zorgt ervoor dat de nodige materialen, gereedschappen, en ander materiaal aanwezig is bij aanvang van het project.
Je verdeelt het werk, zorgt voor de nodige vergunningen, instrueert de isolatiemonteurs en geeft ondersteuning / werkt aan het realiseren van de doelstellingen.
Je pleegt dagelijks overleg met jouw medewerkers over de voortgang van het werk.
Je zorgt voor de administratieve afhandeling, verwerking, distributie en archivering van alle zaken die te maken hebben met de uitvoering van het project.
Je bewaakt de uitvoering van de projecten op vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit, kwantiteit, budget, informatie en organisatie.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de technische oplevering van de werken.
Je kent de specificaties en kwaliteitseisen van het proces en product en controleert de uitgevoerde werken en houdt een uren- en materiaalverantwoording bij.
Je kent en werkt conform de veiligheids-, gezondheids-, welzijn- en milieuvoorschriften, meldt vastgestelde tekortkomingen, mogelijke verbeterpunten, onveilige situaties/handelingen, bespreekt de mogelijke oorzaak ervan, spreekt collega’s en derden aan op het onveilige werken of gedrag en zet indien noodzakelijk de werkzaamheden stop.

Competenties:

VOL-VCA
Minstens 2 jaar ervaring als meewerkend voorman industriële isolatie op (petro)chemische sites
Technisch inzicht
Flexibel
Zelfstandig te werk kunnen gaan
Goede kennis van het Nederlands (woord en geschrift)
Je hanteert een coachende leiderschapsstijl
Je hebt financieel inzicht en bent resultaatgericht
