Dan ben jij misschien wel de Warehouse Supervisor die we zoeken!Als Warehouse Supervisor zorg je voor een uitstekende functionering van de warehouse activiteiten die tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid behoren.Je focust op de supervisie van de dagelijkse warehouse activiteiten en op de versterking van alle logistieke processen die daarvan deel uitmaken of die er aan gelinkt zijn. De dagelijkse warehouse activiteiten bevatten onder andere inbound, putaway, storage, picking, packaging, valua added services en dispatch. De goederenstroom is grotendeels geautomatiseerd.Wat zijn jouw taken nu specifiek?

Als supervisor ben je verantwoordelijk voor het borgen van operaties door middel van het managen van interne en externe KPI's (SQCDEP) en het coachen van je foremannen.

Je staat als leidinggevende boven je foremannen en bent samen met hen verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van je team magazijnmedewerkers. Je coacht je foremannen in de dagdagelijkse aansturing van de warehouse activiteiten en de werking van de automatische toepassing; en zorgt er zo voor dat zij de vooropgestelde doelstelling behalen inzake productiviteit, veiligheid en kwaliteit;

Jijzelf stuurt de operatie in het halen van de lange termijndoelstellingen en treedt op als eindverantwoordelijke naar je team van magazijnmedewerkers, door middel van duidelijke doelstellingen, dagelijks overleg, evaluaties, opleidingen, arbeidsongevallenanalyses, ziekteverzuimgesprekken...;

Om tot optimale operaties te komen treed je in overleg met de planningsafdeling, collega supervisors, operations managers en diverse interne ondersteunende diensten;

Je wordt opgenomen in een gedreven team met een continous improvement cultuur. Na je yellow belt training sta je in voor het leiden en implementeren van verbeteringsprojecten en het toepassen van de 5S methodiek;

Tevens waak je erover dat de veiligheidsregels gerespecteerd worden, dit doe je door regelmatige veiligheidsrondgangen, arbeidsongevallenanalyses, het overbrengen van veiligheidstopics, ... Dit alles om onze medewerkers proactiever te laten meewerken aan een sterk veiligheidsbeleid;

Je wordt tewerkgesteld in een twee ploegen systeem (vroege 6u-14u06 en late 14u tot 22u06). Dit wisselt week om week.Je stuurt zelf 2 à 3 voormannen aan die op hun beurt een 30 à 35 personen per ploeg aansturen. Jijzelf staat in lijn met de junior operations manager en de operations manager.

Je spreekt, schrijft en begrijpt de Engelse taal. Een sterke basis Nederlands is mooi meegenomen.
Je hebt reeds leiding gegeven aan een 10 à 20 personen.
Je kan jezelf verplaatsen aangezien je in 2 shiften zal werken en er geen bus aan de site stopt.
Je bent vlot met Office, Excel en WMS

Je bent iemand die doorzet en de sfeer in de groep belangrijk vind.
Je houdt van een veilige en nette omgeving. Kennis van Lean en 5S is een groot pluspunt.
