Als Expert Rater ben je verantwoordelijk voor het evalueren en verbeteren van door AI gegenereerde advertentie-inhoud door gevestigde richtlijnen toe te passen, inzichtelijke feedback te geven en deel te nemen aan consensus-vormende discussies. Je beschikt over een diepgaand begrip van culturele nuances, onderhoudt je kennis van hedendaagse trends en draagt bij aan het verbeteren van de prestaties en de kwaliteit van de AI.

Dit betreft een thuiswerkfunctie, maar de teamleden moeten wel in Finland wonen (of naar Finland verhuizen) aangezien één keer per maand het kantoor in Tampere bezocht dient te worden. Wij bieden verhuisbegeleiding.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

Begrijpen en analyseren van richtlijnen om met waardevolle inzichten de AI-prestaties te kunnen verbeteren.
Beoordelen van vragen volgens gevestigde richtlijnen, het geven van feedback met een oog voor duidelijkheid. Zoekopdrachten kunnen gevoelige of ‘taboe’-inhoud bevatten.
Deelname aan consensus- en normeringssessies met internationale teams, waarbij je constructieve discussie voert om overeenstemming te bereiken.
Doorlopend gebruik maken van statistische en kwalitatieve methodes voor de consistente verbetering van prestaties.
Op de hoogte blijven van de laatste ontwikkelingen en een doorlopende trainingsstrategie onderhouden.
Op de hoogte blijven van de huidige Nederlandse trends en nuances binnen een gevestigd kader.

Communicatief: Uitstekende vaardigheid om constructieve feedback te bieden, verhelderende vragen te stellen en effectief deel te nemen aan internationale discussies.
Continue leerling: Toewijding om op de hoogte te blijven van de nieuwste trends en een proactieve benadering van doorlopende trainingsstrategieën.
Cultureel bewust: Goede kennis van de huidige Nederlandse trends en het vermogen om locatiespecifieke nuances binnen advertentiekaders te begrijpen.
Kritisch denken: Vermogen om kritisch te denken en zinvolle discussies te voeren om consensus en overeenstemming binnen diverse teams te bereiken.
Oog voor detail: Gaat zeer nauwkeurig te werk om de naleving van richtlijnen en zorgvuldige evaluatie van vragen, inclusief gevoelige inhoud, te garanderen.

Kennis:

Engels B2 en Nederlands C1 - Vereist:
- Mondeling en schriftelijk begrip
- Passend taalgebruik
Bekendheid met AI-technologieën en hun ethische implementatie in advertentiesystemen, met een sterk inzicht in advertentieregelgeving, platformbeleid en privacywetten.
Moet gevestigd zijn (of verhuizen naar) Finland. De eerste twee trainingsdagen zullen plaatsvinden in ons kantoor in Tampere. Daarna is het een thuiswerkfunctie (binnen Finland) en kom je één keer per maand op kantoor voor specifieke werkzaamheden.
Vaardigheid in het zorgvuldig evalueren en onderscheiden van advertentie-inhoud, waarbij de impact ervan op individuen en de gehele samenleving wordt erkend.
Bewustzijn van ethische overwegingen bij de evaluatie van advertentie-inhoud, vooral betreft gevoelig of controversieel materiaal.
