CTRL-F biedt deze kans daar wij ons richten op werving en selectie van Engineering profielen. Jij neemt geen genoegen met de titel van generalist. Jij gaat voor specialisatie, ‘werken op maat' is jouw lijfspreuk.Binnen CTRL-F krijg je de ruimte om van elke kandidaat een turnkeyproject te maken waarin jij het proces opstart, in goede banen leidt en succesvol oplevert op je eigen manier. Met je integere, maar tevens gedreven spirit weet je het vertrouwen van zowel de klant als de kandidaat te winnen. Voeg daar enkele snuiven commerciële feeling en een dozijn mespunten aan expertise aan toe en je waadt kortelings door het leven als Recruitment Specialist binnen onze groeiende onderneming.Om de stijgende vraag naar technisch talent op deze high-end markt tegemoet te komen hebben we een team dat gespecialiseerd is in International Recruitment. Met als doel buitenlandse engineering profielen te rekruteren en ondersteuning te gaan bieden aan de regionale kantoren en ondernemingen bij het invullen van de openstaande vacatures. We steken hierbij de landgrenzen over in de zoektocht naar dit talent.Voor dit team zijn we op zoek naar een collega die met de gepaste kwinkslag en professionaliteit de onontbeerlijke schakel tussen onze kandidaten en klanten vormt. Als Recruitment Specialist detecteer je de noden van de internationale kandidaat en begeleidt deze in het volledige traject richting een gepaste uitdaging. In deze job heb je impact op het hele proces, zowel langs kandidaat- als klantzijde.

Functiebeschrijving
Wat je doet als Recruitment Specialist

De internationale kandidaten krijg je enerzijds via diverse kanalen door (via ons digitaal LinkedIn-team, regionale kantoren of collega kantoren in Polen, Roemenië en Portugal), maar tevens ga je ook actief mee op zoek om deze talenten te vinden.
Met dit anderstalig talent ga je gretig aan de slag. Je gaat jouw kandidaat beter leren kennen via een 1e telefoon- of videogesprek. Daarna ga je op zoek naar the right fit.
Nog meer dan normaal moet bij deze kandidaten het volledige plaatje kloppen: een verhuis in functie van hun carrière is hierbij niet uitgesloten.
Je maakt een inhoudelijk selectierapport op waarin je het profiel en de testen van de kandidaat verwerkt
Je bent een communicatieve spilfiguur in de zoektocht naar de gepaste werkgever voor de kandidaat. Het profiel dispatch je naar de verschillende omliggende CTRL-F kantoren, die voor je kandidaat ook meezoeken naar een geschikte match. Anderzijds zet jij je tanden erin en neem je zelf ook contact op met bedrijven om hen te overtuigen van je kandidaat.
Je neemt je kandidaat mee op sleeptouw in het contacten leggen met bedrijven en het resultaatsgericht zoeken naar extra opportuniteiten. Met jouw onderhandelingskills op zak ga je naar

de klant/prospect toe om hem te overtuigen van een samenwerking met CTRL-F aan de gepaste voorwaarden.

Met de nodige durf en sales-technische skills haal je de vacatures binnen en overtuig je de klant van een samenwerking met CTRL-F.
We gaan de extra mile door het sollicitatiegesprek bij te wonen en nemen hier ook de rol aan van HR-partner. Doel: een langdurige samenwerking creëren met klanten, waar we hen bijstaan op vlak van HR en talent placement.
Naast sales is er ook een administratief luik: invullen sociale documenten, de Belgische wetgeving toelichten, het loonpakket toelichten, het controleren van bepaalde permits en de nodige

verblijfsdocumenten, ondersteuning bieden bij de integratie in België en de bijkomende documenten in orde brengen in nauwe samenwerking met ons team Foreign Support.

Heb jij affiniteit of ervaring met volgende niche: Engineering
Je hebt de durf om te spreken in Engels, Frans of andere talen zijn een pluspunt
Je beschikt over een salesdriven approach en gaat voor die extra mile
Je werkt dagelijks vanuit een kantoor in de regio van Antwerpen/Mechelen maar je bent bereid om je 2 dagen per week te verplaatsen richting het team in Sint-Denijs-Westrem
