About the job
As the Marketing Operations Manager you will collaborate closely with local sales teams and the ECA Marketing Operations team to develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to build and enhance our brand value, with a strong focus on sustainability, in the Benelux, France and Scandinavian markets. Next to that you will:
Strategize and execute the marketing calendar, aligning it closely with sales goals and market trends while emphasizing sustainability.
Initiate projects to bolster our brand's reputation and market position, focusing on sustainability.
Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand customer needs and market opportunities, crafting compelling sustainability-focused value propositions.
Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns and sales efforts, from idea generation to completion, utilizing creative content and strategic media planning.
Drive our online presence by creating engaging social media content, interacting with followers, and refining strategies for maximum impact, all with sustainability in mind.
What we ask
To succeed in this role, you have strong analytical skills to evaluate digital marketing performance and drive data-driven decisions. You’ve a creative mindset with a keen eye for engaging content and digital trends, alongside excellent project management skills to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. Also, you have:
At least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
Strong understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
Basic understanding of CRM systems and email-marketing tools.
Fluent in Dutch and English, additional French language is an advantage.
