Our client is an international software company, specialising in NAV/BC365 solutions, focused on Logistics and Transportation markets with clients in several countries in Europe. The Role
We’re looking for a NAV/BC365 Customer Support Lead to join our client leading a team of 5 Support Engineers who support clients in Europe remotely regarding the solutions implemented.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
- Review, maintain, and improve the global IT systems (NAV/BC365), ensuring that hosting environments, on-premises environments and application suites are meeting the demands and/or exceeding operational demands and standards.
- Assess the performance of the hosting environments and report any anomalies, issues, or suggested changes
- Ensure cloud environments are correctly sized for company requirements and cost
- Perform updates and patching on servers in the hosting environment
- Proactively work on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
- Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
- Assist with the setup of new hardware and installation of software as needed
- Assist with Network User Administration
- Coordinate the IT needs of in-house and remote employees so that they have appropriate levels of access to needed tools
- Facilitate roll-out of new policies, applications and controls as required by the business
- Work with the IT Security team to protect company data from outside access through encryption, secure data storage and other industry security means
- Regular review of hardware infrastructure and needs of the organization
- Ensure Data Protection/Backup Policies are followed and adhered to.

· Bsc. in Computer Science
· Dutch native speaker
· Advanced communication (written and speaking) in English. French is a
plus.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance:
o Microsoft BC 365 - Web client (on any device), 3-Tier, Multi-tenant
o Microsoft SQL Server
o API’s management
o Azure cloud
o PowerShell
o DevOps Tools
o Citrix
- Good knowledge of ITconventional infrastructure
- Remote connection management
- Solid knowledge of best practices of Customer Support & Tickets management
- Previous experience with environment documentation and knowledge base update
