FunctieomschrijvingAls Payroll Officer sta je samen met een dynamisch team in voor de verwerking van de lonen van ongeveer 9800 werknemers (arbeiders en bedienden). Uitdaging verzekerd!

Je beheert de personeelsadministratie voor de actieve en niet-actieve personeelsleden van de groep van A tot Z: follow-up van de sociale documenten (afwezigheden, het recht op vakantie, verzekeringen, uitkeringen, arbeidsongevallen, tijdskrediet enz.) overeenkomstig de geldende sociale en fiscale wetgeving.

Daarnaast krijg je in samenwerking met je collega’s van Payroll ook andere taken toegewezen: beheer van de groepsverzekering, beheer van de bedrijfskaarten, jaarlijkse en maandelijkse aangiften van economische werkloosheid aan de RVA, …

Je beantwoordt vragen van werknemers over personeelsadministratie en volgt ze op.

Je werkt nauw samen met andere HR-afdelingen.

ProfielIn deze functie als Payroll Officer beschik je vooral over een sterk analytisch vermogen. Je kan ook nauwkeurig werken en je werkt zowel graag zelfstandig als in team.

Daarnaast:

beschik je over een eerste ervaring in payroll.

ben je bekend met de sociale wetgeving en bereid om meer te leren.

kan je goed werken met alle gangbare MS Office-toepassingen, met name Excel. Ervaring met een SAP HR-omgeving is een grote troef.

heb je een zeer goede kennis van Frans en Nederlands.
